From creating an account to collecting the vehicle, in nine supervised steps
Every stage is administrator-reviewed. Bidding opens only once your registration is approved and your deposit is recorded.
Create an Account
Register with your name, email, phone and a password. Your bidder username is generated for you.
Upload Required Documents
Attach your QID, or your CR and authorised ID for a company account, inside step two of registration.
Wait for Account Approval
An administrator verifies your identity documents and activates the account. Usually within one business day.
Add the Required Deposit
Transfer the refundable deposit. It is recorded against your account before bidding is enabled.
Browse Available Auctions
Filter live and upcoming lots by category, review specifications and follow the countdown on each auction.
Place a Bid
Bid at or above the minimum increment. Every bid is validated server-side before it is accepted.
Win the Auction
The highest accepted bid at closing wins. Soft close extends the lot if a bid lands in the final three minutes.
Complete the Payment
QIIC issues the invoice and confirms settlement offline. The deposit is applied to the final amount.
Collect the Vehicle
Book a handover slot, complete the transfer paperwork and collect the vehicle from the QIIC yard.
Frequently asked questions
No. The platform does not provide an online payment interface. Deposits and final settlement are handled offline by QIIC and recorded against your account by an administrator.
In this staging environment all accounts, auctions and bids are demonstration data and are not binding. In production, an accepted bid is a binding commitment to purchase.
Bidding opens only after an administrator approves your registration and records your deposit. Until then you can browse every auction and follow live bid activity.
If an accepted bid arrives in the final three minutes, the closing time extends by three minutes. This repeats until three minutes pass with no new bid, so no auction can be won by a last-second bid.
Public pages show only a masked alias such as Bidder-KZQHUZZL. Your name and documents are visible to QIIC administrators and auditors only.
